No returns or refunds issued on custom items. If there is an issue with an order, please contact me and I will find a resolution.
Must submit your own SVG artwork
For customization, you must submit your own SVG of your logo. No other file types will be accepted. I cannot turn your artwork into an SVG for you.
Keep in mind the space available to engrave your logo.
If you do not provide an SVG that works for your order, your order will be cancelled less a $5 cancellation fee.
Custom items ship time
Please allow 7-14 days for custom items after you have sent in your SVG.
